By ordering, paying for, or using any services provided by MADCOMUA LLC, the client agrees to these terms unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

Services may include website development, branding, consulting, service integrations, digital products, technical setup, and other digital solutions.

The exact scope of work, timelines, pricing, and expected deliverables are agreed upon before the project begins.

Service pricing is determined individually or published on the relevant pages of the website.

Work may begin after full payment, partial payment, or written confirmation of agreed payment terms.

Any fees charged by banks, payment providers, or intermediaries are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

Project timelines depend on the complexity of the work, the availability of required materials, and timely feedback from the client.

If the client delays providing information, materials, access credentials, or approvals, project deadlines may be adjusted accordingly.

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights to all materials provided for the project, including texts, images, logos, documents, and other content.

The client is solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of any materials supplied.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The following are generally non-refundable:

• completed work;
• consultation time;
• delivered digital products;
• third-party licenses and subscriptions;
• domain registrations;
• hosting services;
• payment processing fees;
• third-party service expenses.

Projects may involve third-party software, payment gateways, cloud platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, APIs, and other external services.

MADCOMUA LLC is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, policy changes, pricing changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.

Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the final project deliverables for their intended purpose.

Ownership of internal tools, templates, libraries, development methodologies, reusable code, and other proprietary assets remains with MADCOMUA LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

MADCOMUA LLC does not guarantee specific business outcomes, profits, sales volume, lead generation results, website traffic, or other commercial performance indicators.

The maximum liability of MADCOMUA LLC shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant services.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for purposes directly related to the project, unless disclosure is required by law.

Either party may terminate cooperation at any time.

The client remains responsible for payment of all completed work and any project-related expenses incurred before termination.

MADCOMUA LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

The most current version will always be available on the official website.
